Delivery Choices:

Royal Mail First Class Delivery (UK) - Free

Safe & secure shipping. Usually 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days.

Only use this method for goods under £ 27 as lost/delayed item can only be redespatched after 15 working days as per Royal Mail Guidelines.

First Class Recorded Delivery (UK) £ 3.95 per order

Extra Safe & Secure Shipping,Usually Next Working Day. Please allow upto 5 working Days. Signature Required for acceptance of goods, goods insured for upto £ 150.00. We can provide you the tracking details of your order on our helpline.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - £4.45 per order

Top Level Safe and Secure Shipping, usually guaranteed next working day by 1pm for orders received before 1pm subject to the item being in stock.

Next Day Courier Delivery (UK) - £ 4.95 per order

Express Despatch Service,Usually Next Working Day subject to item being in stock. Usually guaranteed next working day by 1pm for orders received before 1pm subject to the item being in stock.

Delivery Summary:

Orders are usually dispatched via the Royal Mail when selected under First Class and All Recorded items require a signature upon receipt.

If a signature is required but no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address and the item may then be picked up from your local Royal Mail depot or you can request a re-delivery on a convenient date. When picking up mail, please take an item of I.D. along with you for verification of identity.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail deliveries usually arrive within 3 working days but please allow 7 working days.

Goods can only be delivered to the cardholders address or a registered place of work. We match the card details used for payment with the delivery address and incase of a mismatch, the goods will not be dispatched straightway and will be subject to further security checks and documents.

If a work delivery is required then you must supply the company name and address in the work delivery section at the time of ordering. Failure to supply a company name or valid address will result in the order being sent to the registered card address by default. We may also require you to email/fax across a proof of ID and address verification ie a BT Bill or Credit Card Bill for extra security.

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 5 working days, subject to stock status and availability. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

Kitchen Fun is closed during weekends or all National Bank Holidays.

Delivery to Work Address:

Allowed as long as we receive a fax copy from your work on a company letter head faxed to 0208 606 9990 authorizing us to send the parcel to a work address as opposed to a card billing address. We reserve the right to cancel any orders which we deem to be of suspicious nature.

Cancellations/Returns of Goods:

We follow the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 under which you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods).To cancel your order before delivery, you must first check your order status by contacting our phone helpline.

If your order has not reached the delivery process, a customer service operative will be able to cancel your order. Please call 0208 843 9444 with your order number. We do not levy any cancellation charges or any restocking fees etc.

Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions and with the original packaging.

The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and with the packaging, if possible. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods. The refund will be issued for the original price paid for the order including all carriage costs paid to us. We will only refund the original paypal account or credit card used to make the payment, we do not offer refunds by cash or cheque.

When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £10 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit,we recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items if it occurs.We will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this insurance is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING. You will be responsible for all costs of returning the unwanted product to us.

We are unable to accept returns on used earpieces, headphones and bluetooth headsets due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.

In the event of the item being faulty on arrival we will arrange collection of the faulty item and arrange redelivery of the replacement item at our expense. In exceptional circumstances we may ask you to return the faulty item to us and agree to pay the postage costs prior to the return. We will not be responsible for any return carriage costs paid by you where we have not been informed prior to the shipment.

The guarantees provided by Kitchen Fun are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
